1. Billing

At signup with Joose Local, the initial setup and first installment is due and applied to each campaign and subsequent payments are billed each month afterwards..  After initial term installments continue on a month to month basis.

a. Monthly installments continue automatically after the contracted agreement for any package until cancellation is received.

2. Warranty

Marketing packages that includes SEO are a service and due to changes within the search engines themselves we cannot guarantee specific line or page placement.

3. Invoice/ Receipt

Your signed application will take place for any future invoices unless specifically request in writing to billing@JooseLocal.com

4. Activations

Client must allow for the verification’s to take place during the entire duration of the campaign.  Periodic verification’s may be necessary in order to verify changes.

5. Cancellations

A customer may cancel within 3 days of signed application.  This does not entitle client to a refund of the services due to initial work that will have been executed.

6. Liability

Joose Local its suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, and assigns, shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for loss of business profit, personal injuries, business interruptions, state licensing requirements, city ordinances, business information loss, or any other loss resulting from the use or inability to use.  The maximum liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the services provided.
